Most orders ship EXW or FOB from İstanbul; sea freight to EU ports typically takes one to two weeks in transit, air freight a few days. We can point you to the paperwork involved, but for duties, tariff codes and customs clearance in your country, work with your own customs broker or freight forwarder — rules vary by product and destination.
