Cosmetic Packaging Manufacturer in Turkey: Custom Boxes

Beauty brands in Europe and the Middle East increasingly work with a cosmetic packaging manufacturer in Turkey for their outer boxes: premium rigid and magnetic boxes, made to measure, at a price and lead time that suit independent brands as well as established ones. Here is what we make for skincare, makeup and fragrance brands — and how ordering works.

Box styles for cosmetics

Product	Recommended box	Why
Perfume	Magnetic rigid box with a bottle-shaped insert	Holds the bottle upright, premium opening
Cream, serum	Litho-wrapped rigid box or lid-and-base box	Full-colour branding, compact
Makeup and skincare sets	Set box with compartment insert	Every item fixed and photogenic
Gift and seasonal editions	Ribbon box or drawer box	A memorable unboxing moment
Subscription and e-commerce	Collapsible magnetic box	Ships flat, lower freight

Inserts that hold bottles and jars

The insert decides whether a cosmetic box looks premium or rattles in transit. We cut EVA foam to the exact shape of bottles, droppers and jars, make card or chipboard dividers for sets, or line trays in satin for gift editions. Send us the products or their exact dimensions and we build the insert around them.

Finishes that work for beauty brands

• Soft-touch lamination — velvety, fingerprint-resistant, the default for premium skincare.
• Gold or rose-gold foil — brand name and logo with a luxury signal.
• Embossing / debossing — tactile logo with or without foil.
• Spot UV — gloss pattern or logo on a matte surface.
